After you select a sourcing project you would like to evaluate, you are sent to the project evaluation dashboard. This dashboard would show you all the various stats about the evaluation. For a regular RFP the evaluation would contain a technical evaluation and a commercial evaluation.
Commercial evaluation is only opened/unlocked after the technical evaluation is completed.

Note: Sourcing evaluation can only start based on 2 conditions
- All supplier bids have been received.
- Submission time for bids have elapsed.
Only member of the sourcing team can perform evaluation and all members are notified of every activity performed.
How To Evaluate:
- Select the category to be evaluated (technical or commercial).

- Click on a line item.
- Score the answer or view the score that was automatically given under the Action tab.
- Select either Invite for Presentation or Disqualify.
- Click Publish.
