Click on review from the evaluation page to see a list of questions and scores assigned to them. For those without scores, click on the score button to allocate scores while for those with scores, you can click on the view button to see their scores.
Once done with scoring, click on the publish button to publish. This will enable it to be available for commercial evaluation.
On this page, you can also click on the invite for negotiation button to invite for negotiation. And also the disqualify button to disqualify.
